At Elite Dental Wellness we believe that everyone deserves the best dentistry possible. Dentistry can not only be challenging mentally and physically but also financially as well. We want to give all our patients that do not have "traditional insurance" a discount for dental treatment. This plan is limited to our dental practice.

Starting at $299 a year

This plan is a FEE SCHEDULE. A procedure that is not listed on the top schedule is a 15% discount off of a usual and customary fee. The Plan fee is non-refundable. Our Benefit Package cannot be combined with another insurance plan.
